Are you a good estimator?
An estimation exercise based on Jeff Atwood's article, "How Good an Estimator Are You?"

Instructions:

  1. 1For each question, fill in the upper and lower bounds so that you have a 90% chance of including the correct value.
  2. 2Don't make your ranges too narrow or too wide, but be sure they're wide enough to give you a 90% chance of hitting the correct value.
  3. 3Don't research the answers on the internet. This is a test of your estimation skills, not your knowledge.
  4. 4You must provide an estimate range for each question.
  5. 5Spend no more than 10 minutes on this quiz.

So, how good an estimator are you?
